Catamaran Cruise with Dolphin Watching
Head out on a 4-hour cruise aboard a comfortable catamaran along Gran Canaria's scenic south-western coast. It's a wonderful opportunity to admire impressive cliffs, hidden caves and the island's most beautiful spots from an ocean perspective.
The cruise is an ideal choice for families with children, couples, and anyone who wants to combine relaxing on board with the chance to observe marine wildlife. Along the route there's a chance to see dolphins and whales in their natural habitat. The waters around Gran Canaria are among the best places in Europe to encounter these remarkable animals. As they live in the wild, their presence on any given cruise cannot be guaranteed.
On board there's a spacious sunbathing area, shaded spots and a bar, where lunch and open-bar drinks are served throughout the cruise.
What the Cruise Is Like
The trip starts at the Puerto Base marina in Puerto Rico. The catamaran sails along the island's south-western coast, passing spectacular cliffs, natural caves and picturesque coves. During the cruise there's a stop at anchor, during which you can swim in the ocean, use the snorkelling gear, relax on deck or admire the coastal views. To end the trip, every guest can enjoy a free ride on the Banana Boat, included in the price.
Important Information
The cruise runs daily at 11:00. Departure point: Puerto Base, Puerto Rico. Please arrive at the port at least 45 minutes before departure.
The cruise only takes place in favourable weather conditions. In case of unfavourable weather, the organiser may change the date or cancel the cruise. Dolphins and whales are observed in their natural habitat, so their appearance cannot be guaranteed.
Included: 4-hour cruise on a comfortable catamaran, lunch, unlimited drinks (beer, sangria, soft drinks, water), snorkelling gear, a ride on the Banana Boat, and the chance to observe dolphins and whales. A professional photo session is available for an extra charge.
It's worth bringing swimwear, a towel, UV sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat.
