Diving with a Polish Instructor – Sea Baptism

The first immersion in the ocean doesn't have to be a stressful experience. It all begins with a calm instruction on land, where the instructor explains step by step how to breathe underwater, how to communicate using signals, and how to use the equipment. No rush and no pressure, at the pace each participant needs.

Immersion

Entering the water is done directly from the beach, progressively, allowing adaptation to the new environment and naturally compensating for pressure. The instructor accompanies the participant at all times, monitoring the progress of the immersion and attending to any needs. Participants spend about 40 minutes underwater, during which they can observe the underwater world of Tenerife.

Important health information

Due to pressure differences, it is not recommended to dive within 24 hours before or after a flight, nor within 24 hours before or after an excursion to Mount Teide or other high peaks. Diving is not recommended for pregnant women or for individuals with diagnosed heart or respiratory diseases, or with a delicate state of health.

Organizational information

The diving center is located in Los Cristianos. Free round-trip transportation is available for those staying in Las Américas, Los Cristianos, and Costa Adeje.

There is the possibility to use the free transportation.
