Sailing Cruise to Los Gigantes

What's included?
Tour details
A sailboat built entirely of teak wood, originally commissioned by an Arab sheikh. Just seeing this boat in the harbor makes an impression, even before it sets sail.
Whales and Dolphins
The south of Tenerife is one of the few places in Europe where whales and dolphins can be observed year-round. The warm water, trade winds, and the Teide massif, which acts as a natural barrier, create the conditions for these animals to remain here stably. On this route, pilot whales, bottlenose dolphins, common dolphins, and spotted dolphins regularly appear, and with a bit of luck, you might also see fin whales, sperm whales, and orcas. The sailboat has the Blue Boat certificate, which guarantees observation in accordance with the highest animal protection standards.
The Cliffs of Los Gigantes
After observing the animals, the cruise heads towards the cliffs of Los Gigantes. Viewed from the sea, the rocky walls drop directly into the ocean, and their magnitude impresses in a very different way than from any point on land.
Swimming and Lunch
The boat anchors in a calm bay, where there is time to swim in the ocean and have lunch on board. The menu includes rice with vegetables, roasted chicken thigh, salad, bread, and fruit. To accompany the meal, water, soft drinks, beer, and wine are available.
Organizational Information
The cruise lasts 5 hours and departs at 12:00 from Puerto Colón in Costa Adeje. Cruises are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. There are spots for a maximum of 140 people on board. Transportation from Puerto de la Cruz is also available.
After making the reservation, you will receive confirmation of the pickup time and meeting point.
